1. Purpose and Scope
EDTECH EDU LLC® (“EDTECH EDU,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) develops and provides instructional design services, educational technologies, digital learning experiences, assessment resources, and professional training solutions.
This Educational Content and Assessment Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) explains the intended purposes, limitations, and appropriate uses of educational materials and assessment tools developed, published, licensed, or distributed by EDTECH EDU.
This Disclaimer may apply to educational content made available through our corporate website and proprietary learning products, subject to any separate terms governing those products.
Client-owned training programs and commissioned educational materials may be subject to separate agreements establishing responsibilities for content accuracy, regulatory compliance, validation, and learner outcomes.
2. Educational and Informational Purposes
Unless expressly stated otherwise, educational content provided by EDTECH EDU is intended for learning, instructional support, professional development, knowledge reinforcement, and examination preparation.
Materials may include:
- Online courses and interactive learning modules
- Professional examination preparation resources
- Practice questions and question banks
- Simulated assessments and knowledge checks
- Gamified educational applications
- Instructional videos, audio, and multimedia
- Study guides, flashcards, and reference materials
- Technical and workforce training resources
- AI-assisted educational content and feedback
Educational resources are intended to supplement appropriate instruction, study, and professional preparation.
They should not be interpreted as a substitute for required professional education, supervised training, official examination materials, or applicable licensing requirements.
3. No Guarantee of Examination Success
EDTECH EDU does not guarantee that using its educational resources will result in:
- Passing a professional certification or licensing examination
- Achieving a particular examination score
- Admission to an educational institution or program
- Obtaining professional licensure or certification
- Meeting employment or academic eligibility requirements
- Achieving a specific academic or professional outcome
Individual results depend on numerous factors, including prior knowledge, preparation, study habits, instructional support, and examination conditions.
Practice scores and performance indicators should not be interpreted as guaranteed predictions of official examination outcomes.
4. Independent Educational Products
EDTECH EDU develops proprietary educational products, including The Scrub Ninjas® and educational offerings available through Academy Level Up™.
These products may provide examination preparation, interactive study experiences, assessments, and educational support across various academic and professional subjects.
Unless expressly identified otherwise, these products are independently developed educational resources and are not official examination products of external testing organizations, certification boards, licensing authorities, or academic institutions.
References to examination names, professional credentials, or academic subjects are provided to describe the intended educational focus.
Such references do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, authorization, or affiliation.
All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Examination Content and Assessment Accuracy
EDTECH EDU strives to develop educational assessments that are clear, relevant, and instructionally appropriate.
However, practice questions, explanations, scoring systems, and educational references may contain errors, omissions, or interpretations that differ from official examination materials.
Examination content, professional standards, testing formats, and regulatory requirements may change without notice.
EDTECH EDU does not warrant that every practice question reflects the most current official examination blueprint or that any practice assessment precisely reproduces the difficulty, format, scoring methodology, or content distribution of an official examination.
Learners should consult the relevant examination authority for current eligibility requirements, examination specifications, policies, and official preparation information.
6. Assessment Scores and Performance Analytics
Educational products may include quizzes, examinations, question banks, performance dashboards, progress indicators, and other assessment features.
Unless an assessment has been separately validated for a specific purpose, scores and analytics should be understood as instructional feedback rather than formal measurements of professional competency.
Assessment results may help identify learning strengths, knowledge gaps, and areas requiring additional study.
Such results do not independently establish:
- Professional competence
- Workplace readiness
- Clinical proficiency
- Regulatory compliance
- Licensing eligibility
- Certification status
- Qualification to perform safety-sensitive tasks
Organizations should not use unvalidated educational assessments as the sole basis for high-stakes employment, credentialing, licensing, or safety decisions.
7. Medical, Healthcare, and Clinical Education
Certain EDTECH EDU products may address healthcare, nursing, medical education, anatomy, physiology, clinical reasoning, or related subjects.
These resources are intended for educational purposes.
They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or individualized clinical guidance.
Educational scenarios and practice questions may simplify complex clinical situations for instructional purposes.
Learners and healthcare professionals must rely on current clinical standards, applicable laws, institutional policies, and their own authorized professional judgment when making real-world patient care decisions.
EDTECH EDU does not authorize learners to perform clinical procedures or provide healthcare services beyond their training, qualifications, or legal scope of practice.
8. Technical, Industrial, and Safety-Sensitive Training
EDTECH EDU may design or develop educational materials addressing industrial operations, equipment, construction, workforce development, occupational safety, and other technical subjects.
Such materials may include instructional explanations, equipment diagrams, load charts, operating scenarios, technical assessments, and interactive training activities.
Unless expressly established through a separate agreement and appropriate validation process, these materials should not be treated as authoritative operating instructions or substitutes for:
- Manufacturer instructions and equipment manuals
- Applicable laws, codes, and regulations
- Required workplace safety procedures
- Qualified technical supervision
- Hands-on competency evaluation
- Official certification and licensing requirements
Technical information must be verified against current authoritative sources before being relied upon in real-world operations.
Safety-sensitive decisions must not be based solely on educational examples, simulations, or practice assessments.
9. Client-Supplied Curriculum and Technical Information
EDTECH EDU provides instructional design and educational technology development services for external clients.
Clients may supply subject matter content, technical references, assessment questions, diagrams, charts, operational procedures, or other instructional materials.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for providing authorized, accurate, and appropriate source materials and obtaining necessary subject matter expert review.
EDTECH EDU’s role in organizing, designing, formatting, or converting client-supplied materials does not automatically constitute independent technical certification, regulatory approval, or verification of the underlying subject matter.
Specific responsibilities for technical review, accuracy, compliance, acceptance testing, and final approval should be established in the applicable Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work.
10. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Educational Tools
Some educational materials or development workflows may incorporate artificial intelligence, automation, or AI-assisted technologies.
AI-assisted content may include generated explanations, practice questions, instructional examples, summaries, feedback, or other learning resources.
Although EDTECH EDU may apply human review and quality assurance processes, AI-assisted outputs can contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or misleading interpretations.
Learners and organizations should independently verify consequential information using appropriate authoritative sources.
AI-generated feedback should not be treated as a substitute for qualified professional judgment, official examination guidance, or validated competency assessment.
11. Educational Simulations and Gamified Learning
EDTECH EDU may develop simulations, gamified learning experiences, virtual scenarios, and interactive decision-making activities.
These experiences are designed to encourage engagement, reinforce concepts, and provide opportunities for practice.
Simulated outcomes may differ from real-world conditions.
Participation in a simulation or successful completion of a gamified activity does not necessarily establish practical competency, professional qualification, or readiness to perform corresponding real-world tasks.
12. Course Completion and Certificates
Some educational products may provide completion records, digital badges, certificates of participation, or other indicators of learner progress.
Unless expressly stated and supported by appropriate authorization, these records do not represent government-issued licenses, professional certifications, academic degrees, or accredited credentials.
A certificate of completion generally documents participation or fulfillment of specified course requirements.
Recognition of any certificate by an employer, academic institution, licensing authority, or professional organization is determined by that organization and applicable requirements.
13. External Educational References
EDTECH EDU materials may reference third-party textbooks, websites, professional organizations, technical standards, academic publications, or examination authorities.
Such references are provided for educational context and do not necessarily indicate endorsement or affiliation.
EDTECH EDU is not responsible for changes to external content or the ongoing availability of third-party resources.
Users should consult current official sources when accuracy or compliance is critical.
14. Content Updates and Revisions
Educational standards, scientific understanding, professional practices, and examination requirements evolve over time.
EDTECH EDU may revise, update, replace, or discontinue educational content as appropriate.
Unless required by an applicable agreement or law, we do not guarantee that all previously published resources will be continuously updated.
Learners are responsible for confirming that the resources they use are appropriate for their current educational objectives and requirements.
15. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
Educational materials developed by EDTECH EDU may be protected by copyright, trademark, licensing agreements, and other intellectual property laws.
Purchasing or accessing educational content does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying materials.
Reproduction, redistribution, resale, public posting, or unauthorized commercial use of protected educational resources may be prohibited by applicable product terms and intellectual property law.
Client-owned educational content and commissioned deliverables remain subject to the intellectual property provisions of the applicable client agreement.
For additional information, review our Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, educational content and assessments are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
EDTECH EDU does not warrant that educational resources will be error-free, continuously available, or suitable for every examination, professional requirement, or instructional objective.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes warranties, consumer rights, or other protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EDTECH EDU LLC® will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from reliance on educational content or assessment results.
Nothing in this Disclaimer limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Separate written client agreements may establish additional responsibilities, warranties, and liability provisions for commissioned professional services.
18. Relationship to Other Policies and Agreements
This Disclaimer should be read together with applicable EDTECH EDU policies, including:
- Website Terms of Use
- Privacy Policy
- Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice

Where a separate executed agreement establishes different obligations for a particular project or service, that agreement governs the relevant relationship to the extent permitted by law.
