Third-party software, stock assets, fonts, photographs, and licensed educational resources remain subject to their respective licenses and ownership rights.
8. Artificial Intelligence and AI-Assisted Content
EDTECH EDU may use artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies in appropriate instructional design, development, and educational workflows.
The ownership, copyright eligibility, licensing, and permitted use of AI-assisted outputs depend on applicable law, the nature of human authorship, third-party terms, and relevant contractual arrangements.
EDTECH EDU does not claim that all AI-generated material is automatically eligible for copyright protection.
